Inherente Project Records is a label built around identity, intensity and movement.
Music is the centre. Techno, hard techno, trance, hard trance, schranz and other forms of electronic music can coexist within the catalogue, but genre alone is never enough. What we seek lies behind the label. Intention. Character. Tension. Depth. A distinct way of understanding sound.
We do not seek music simply because it is fast, heavy, dark or functional on a dance floor. We seek music with something recognisable even before it can be named. We believe in repetition when it generates trance. In pressure when it has purpose. In rawness when it preserves identity. In darkness when it removes what is unnecessary. Nothing should be there merely as decoration.
One core, different energies
The Inherente catalogue is not conceived as a collection of isolated pieces. Every release forms part of the same core. That core can compress, fracture, expand or flow depending on the music it contains. Sometimes it conveys pressure. At other times, rupture. Elsewhere, movement, resonance or trance. The energies change. The core remains.
That idea also defines our visual identity. The covers do not attempt to illustrate a track literally or represent a genre through obvious symbols. They seek to translate the feeling of the music through matter, pressure, layers, darkness and movement. One cover may feel compact and heavy. Another may open from a fracture. Another may expand from a luminous centre. Not because they belong to different projects, but because they are different manifestations of the same identity. The image changes with the energy of each release. The structure that contains it remains.
That is why, when several Inherente covers appear together, they should not feel identical. They should feel related. Like parts of the same matter subjected to different forces. The catalogue is built in the same way. Not through the repetition of a single sound, but through the accumulation of different expressions capable of coexisting within the same system. Identity does not mean always sounding the same. It means being able to change without losing the centre.
Building connections
Inherente does not understand independence as isolation either. We are interested in connecting. With artists who are just beginning and with those who have spent years developing their language. With nearby scenes and scenes that exist thousands of kilometres away. With producers working from completely different contexts who find common ground in music. Electronic music does not belong to a single city, country or way of experiencing it. Inherente therefore seeks to build bridges without erasing differences.
Chile is our point of origin, not our limit.
We want the label to function as a space where different experiences, sounds and contexts can meet without needing to become uniform. A catalogue capable of maintaining coherence without requiring all its artists to speak the same language. Each artist contributes a different energy. Each release modifies the whole. Each new piece adds another layer.
More than releasing music
We believe a label must do more than distribute releases. It must listen. It must accompany processes. It must connect artists. It must create spaces. It must document what happens around the music.
That is why Inherente does not end when a track reaches the platforms. The project coexists with sessions, content, gatherings, editorial work, research, technology and new ways of relating to production and electronic culture. They are not separate projects. They are extensions of the same core. Everything begins in the same place. Music.
Building something that endures
We are not interested in chasing every trend or changing our identity to occupy a space temporarily. Trends pass. The catalogue remains. We want to build an archive that can be revisited over the years and still make sense. Releases chosen not only because they belonged to the sound of a moment, but because they contained something worth preserving. Inherente does not seek to become a release factory. It seeks to build a body of work.
A story formed by artists, sounds, images, decisions, mistakes, connections and layers that accumulate over time. Each release modifies that archive. Each cover adds matter. Each artist introduces a new tension. Each stage deepens what was already there.
We do not need to explain everything. We do not need to soften it so that it fits. We do not need everything to be immediate.
Inherente exists in the friction between body and mind, between repetition and trance, between discipline and release.
It is born from within. It transforms with every energy that passes through the project. But it keeps the core.
